NBA Lockout

First the NFL now the NBA. At 12:01 a.m. this morning, the collective bargaining agreement expired and NBA owners officially locked out players. This all comes down to dollars & sense. The owners contend that 22 teams are losing money due to high spending on players; if that trend isn’t arrested then everyone — including the players — will suffer. The Players Association has insisted it won’t approve any semblance of a hard salary cap. So where does that leave everyone? Watching baseball, tennis & hockey. O_o
