Dr. Dre’s Detox “To Be Released” February 2011

In I’ll-believe-it-when-I-see it news, NME reports that Dr. Dre’s long-awaited ‘Detox’ album will finally be released in February 2011. The follow-up to ’2001′, which was released in 1999, will feature collaborations with Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Akon, Jay-Z, La Roux and The Game. The news follows Dre’s earlier announcement that the record’s first official single will be ‘Kush’, featuring Snoop Dogg and Akon. ‘Detox’ has been in the works since 2003 and a specific release date STILL has yet to be confirmed.
