During Saturday’s 142nd running of the Belmont Stakes, Jigga’s “Empire State Of Mind” will replace Sinatra’s classic “New York, New York” as the horses are brought out onto the race track, the song being deemed “the quintessential 21st century theme song for New York City.” ~MTV
